Assalamualaikum w.b.t dan Salam Sejahtera.

Welcome to the Kota Kinabalu Industrial Training Institute (ILP KK) website browser. The institute  was completed on 12 October 2000, located in Kota Kinabalu Industrial Park (KKIP) and was inaugurated by the then YAB Chief Minister of Sabah, Datuk Chong Kah Kiat on 11 January 2003 equivalent to 8 Zulkaedah 1423H.

This website was developed to provide information on ILP KK to the public as well as to provide information on skills training opportunities offered either full -time programs or short -term courses. In addition, it also aims to be a medium to convey information such as activities and current news that occur at ILP KK. In line with the development of information and communication technology (ICT), the methods of delivery and distribution of information are constantly diversified so that information can be delivered quickly.

Currently, all sectors are undergoing change and progress in the technological transformation boom of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 (I.R 4.0). In this regard, skills education institutions are also growing rapidly in line with current developments. As a TVET (Technical & Vocational Education Training) institution under the Department of Manpower (JTM) which is under the Ministry of Human Resources (KSM), ILP KK is always ready to provide skills training to Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) graduates and individuals, among industries or the public sector who are interested in undergoing 're-skilling, up-skilling or cross-skilling'. This effort is implemented to ensure that the country can provide competitive skilled manpower in line with the Vision and Mission of the Department of Manpower.
